Behavioral Health Counseling for children (ages 6-12) and adolescents (ages 13-17)

Individual Therapy

A personalized blend of dynamic, supportive, and evidence-based approaches is tailored to each client’s developmental stage. Grounded in Person and Child Centered Therapy with  thoughtfully integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, this approach fosters an engaging, holistic, and flexible therapeutic experience. This individualized method supports clients in healing, growth, and thriving.

Parent Consultations

For clients receiving individual therapy, parent consultations are scheduled every 4 - 6 sessions to support progress toward therapeutic goals. These sessions provide guidance and equip families with practical tools and strategies to strengthen relationships, navigate challenging topics, and promote a healthier, more supportive home environment. Parental support offers caregivers guidance in navigating the complexities of parenting, aiming to increase confidence and effectiveness in managing children’s emotional and behavioral challenges.

Family Sessions

For clients receiving individual therapy, family sessions provide a supportive space to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each family, these sessions help navigate challenges, foster understanding, and promote a positive home environment. Sessions can complement individual therapy and parent consultations to support overall progress.
