Services
Mental health counseling services for children (ages 6-12), teens (ages 13-17), and young adults (ages 18-24). All services are provided virtually through a secure telehealth platform.
Individual Therapy
A personalized blend of evidence-based approaches is tailored to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Sessions are grounded in Person-Centered Therapy (and Child-Centered Play Therapy for children) with thoughtful integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Creative and developmentally appropriate interventions are incorporated to provide a supportive, engaging, and individualized therapeutic experience. Through a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, clients are encouraged to explore their emotions, increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. This individualized process supports healing, resilience, and personal growth while empowering clients to move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Parent Consultations
For children and teens participating in individual therapy, parent consultation sessions are scheduled approximately every 4–6 sessions to support continued progress toward therapeutic goals. These consultations provide caregivers with guidance, practical tools, and effective strategies to reinforce therapeutic growth outside of sessions.
Parent involvement helps strengthen family relationships, improve communication, navigate challenging topics, and create a healthier, more supportive home environment. These sessions are designed to help caregivers better understand their child’s emotional and behavioral needs while increasing confidence and effectiveness in supporting their child’s overall well-being.
Family Sessions
For clients receiving individual therapy, family sessions are available as an optional service to provide a supportive space for improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, sessions are tailored to each family’s unique needs and focus on strengthening emotional connections, fostering understanding, and creating secure, supportive relationships. These sessions complement individual therapy and parent consultations, supporting overall treatment goals and enhancing progress across settings.
